Our Remodeling Process

  • On site meeting. We walk the home with our customers to identify the areas that they are interested in remodeling, and to prioritize items that are most important to them. We discuss style of construction and type of finishes they interested in using.
  • Preliminary cost estimates. We utilize the information obtained during our initial walk-through to develop a detailed cost estimate. We provide a great deal of detail in our proposals which allows our customers to have a complete understanding of exactly what they can expect. Our goal is to create complete transparency. Transparency leads to great communication, which leads to quality projects and happy customers.
  • Plan design. We conduct another visit to the home with our plan designer and customer to discuss the information we have developed through our initial meeting and preliminary cost estimate. Our plan designer will take this information and create a set of plans that will be used for permitting and construction.
  • Interior design. We work with extremely talented interior design partners who make selection of paint colors and finishes a breeze. Our designers work with our homeowners through every step of developing a finish schedule that creates the perfect look and feel in their home.
  • We will work directly with our structural engineer to create the necessary structural drawings to obtain a permit and ensure safe, quality construction.
  • We will obtain the required city permits, and conduct all required city inspections.
  • We work very closely with our customers throughout the construction process to ensure that their expectations are met at every phase of the project.
  • You often hear stories about contractors that disappear, or refuse to come back and address issues that may arise after a project is finished. NOT US! We value our customers and our reputation. Although it rarely happens, if a warranty item does come up, you can expect our same great customer service.

Our New Construction Process

  • Plan design. Some customers have already worked with an architect and come to us with a set of plans they are ready to build. Other customers utilize our services to help develop plans for their new home. Either way we are ready to help you put your new home project in motion.
